This Refund Policy describes our procedures and your rights regarding the return and refund of products purchased from Lenoper Technologies, Inc. We are committed to providing a transparent and fair process for all our customers.

1. Returns & Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Our return policy lasts for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable Items

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. These include:

  • Gift cards and downloadable software products
  • Items that have been used, damaged, or are not in their original condition
  • Customized or personalized products

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our customer support team at support@lenoper.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RMA will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@lenoper.com.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@lenoper.com and send your item to the address provided in the return instructions.

6. Policy Updates

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
